How Do I Place an Order?
| We get asked this one a lot. You will have to CALL US on 02920 833808 between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri to order your items.This enables us to help you in the most efficient way. Many customers, once they have spoken to us, find that the items they think they should buy are not necessarily what they really need. CALLING US ON THE TELEPHONE ensures that: (1)you get the best one to one service (2)prevents items being purchased in error (3)it enables us to discuss any questions you may have. PAYMENT is usually made via Paypal. Once we have disscussed your needs, we send you an invoice to pay for your items. We do not take credit cards over the phone, but you can still use your card to pay, through Paypal, without the need to have an actual Paypal account.We also accept cheques and postal orders and international cheques and money orders. All payments are to be made in UK Sterling. |
