
How to pay
1. You can pay online - just add the items you wish to purchase to our secure shopping cart and then pay using either your debit or credit card, or Paypal account.
2. You can make your payment IN FULL with a cheque or postal order that you can then mail to us. Please remember to add on the correct postage costs too. Our address can be found here.
3. Call us and pay using your credit card. Please Note: We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
International customers can pay via PAYPAL, in UK Sterling ONLY or by International Cheque or Money Order in UK Sterling ONLY. Your payment MUST be able to be paid into a UK bank or it will not be accepted.
*** IF YOU HAVE JUST MADE YOUR PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL: Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log into your account at www.paypal.com/uk to view details of this transaction.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER:
We purchase all materials for each order once payment has been received. If you decide to cancel your order after payment has been
received you will incur a cancellation fee which will cover the cost of any materials we have purchased on your behalf. This may include, but is not limited to, covering the costs of shipping items that we have already sent - if applicable. You will be refunded whatever remains after these costs have been levied by us within 14 days.
